Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please note: Norphia currently offers pre-order products. Pre-order items require production/preparation time before they can be dispatched.
Shipping Times
- Pre-Order Items (U.S. only): Orders ship based on the estimated shipping window shown on the product page (and/or at checkout). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note that estimated shipping windows may change due to production progress, supply chain updates, weather conditions, local carrier delays, or seasonal demand. We’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 (before tax).
- Orders under $50: A $4.95 flat shipping fee applies.
- Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited options may appear at checkout for an additional fee based on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after your order ships, please contact us at support@norphia.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@norphia.com so that we can help resolve the issue promptly.
