Orders & Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you’d like to modify or cancel your order, please email support@norphia.com within 1 hour of placing it (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST).
- Once an order is placed, items or quantities cannot be changed.
- After an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address. What can I do?
Once shipped, we can’t change the address. You can:
- Track your order using the shipping confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) for possible redirection.
- Check the delivery location if it’s nearby.
If the package can’t be recovered, contact us at support@norphia.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account to view order status. You’ll also receive tracking information by email once shipped.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse.

- Continental U.S. (48 states)
- Alaska & Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
Do you ship on weekends?
Orders ship Monday–Friday only. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Please email support@norphia.com and we’ll assist you right away.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Email support@norphia.com with your order number to start a return.
At Norphia, we value feedback and use it to improve future designs.
What if my item is defective?
If your item is defective or damaged, we offer free replacement or refund within 30 days.
Is there a return fee?
- Quality issues: Free returns
- Other reasons: $4.95 return shipping fee
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return.
